Who We Are
The Missouri College and Career Attainment Network (MOCAN) transforms lives by expanding opportunity to postsecondary education, particularly for Black, Indigenous, Latinx, and People of Color (BILPOC) and Missourians from low-income backgrounds.
MOCAN works with partners across the state to address the biggest challenges facing students who seek a postsecondary credential:
- Access – knowing how to plan for education and training beyond high school
- Affordability – having the financial resources to graduate with minimal to no debt
- Success – having the institutional support to enroll, persist, and complete a degree or certificate aligned with career goals
